Screenshots and short clips are welcome when they support a correction. Please do not send account credentials, personal data, or anything you are not free to share.
What happens next
Corrections that cite a Netmarble announcement, the Steam store listing or the official playtest FAQ are checked and applied, usually within a few days. Questions about the game itself — bans, refunds, account problems, playtest invitations — are handled by Netmarble, not by this site; the official routes are the Steam community hub, the Netmarble support site and the official EVILBANE Discord.
Response expectations
This is a small site run in spare time, so expect a reply within a few days rather than within hours. If a correction is applied, the page it affects is updated the same week and the checked date in the footer moves with it.
Privacy
Emails sent to the address above are stored in a normal mail account and used only to answer you. Privacy policy covers what the site itself collects through analytics and advertising.
