EVILBANE Guide

EVILBANE media

Quick answer

The official EVILBANE Game Trailer is on the Steam store page, and Netmarble streams gameplay through its own channels and the official Discord. Every public build shown so far carries an alpha watermark.

The official EVILBANE media set is small and centralised: one trailer and a gameplay clip on the Steam store page, a handful of full-resolution screenshots, a set of menu screenshots published with the announcements, and a stream of playtest footage from creators. This page indexes what exists and how to read it without drawing the wrong conclusions.

No NDA applied to the playtest, so creator footage is unrestricted and genuinely representative of the test build — which also means the volume of it is large.

Stills

The store page hosts eleven full-resolution screenshots at 1920×1080, covering forests, snowbound ruins, city ruins and boss fights. The announcement posts add a set of menu captures — weapon enhancement, rune engraving, Heavenstone skills, the Operation list, the operation briefing, the lobby and voice settings — plus the war map artwork.

Every one of those menu captures carries an alpha test watermark line, which is the single most important thing to notice about them.

The logo change

The reissued EVILBANE logotype was announced alongside the first Steam playtest, with the developer note explaining that fast-paced blade action and combat intensity were the ideas the mark was meant to carry. Cracked red steel letterforms crossed by a hard diagonal slash — that mark is now the version on the store page and in the announcement headers.

How to read gameplay footage

Three rules keep you from drawing wrong numbers out of a video:

  1. Check the build. Anything from the October 2026 playtest is a development build with placeholder UI, unfinished balance and temporary translations — the announcements say so directly. Numbers on screen from that build are not launch numbers.
  2. Separate the systems. Early footage is a slice: 13 Operations, 18 Heavenstone skills, 6 melee and 7 ranged weapons, and no War layer. A streamer exploring the map is not showing you a release feature list.
  3. Do not read stats off a menu. The only two fully published systems are the enhancement example (one greatsword, one step, 250 → 262 attack) and one Heavenstone skill's stat block. Everything else on a menu screen in a video is build-specific.

Looking at the game through the art

The official key art is consistent across every asset: a canyon stronghold and a red eclipse for one set, a fire giant on a field of bones for another, and stone ruins lit by blood-orange fire for most screenshots. The palette that runs through all of it — ash, bronze, blood, cold steel and arcane violet — is the palette this site borrows, which is why the pages here look like the game rather than like a documentation site.

What is not published

There is no release-date trailer, no launch cinematic, no developer diary series beyond the Steam developer notes, and no official press kit with downloadable assets. If you want to follow the game visually, the Steam store page and the official Discord are the two places that reliably update.
